Thank you for your continuous love and support! We are thrilled to announce that our game has officially launched on June 25th, 2025 at 9AM (PDT) !

 

To help you prepare, we have created the following FAQ to guide your adventure.

Q: What mobile devices are supported for MARVEL Mystic Mayhem game?

A:

RAM: Minimum 4GB

Storage: At least 5GB of storage space

System: Android 6 or higher

 

[Recommended Specifications - iOS]

Device specifications: iPhone 7 Plus and higher models

Storage: At least 5GB of storage space

System: iOS 12.0 or higher

 

Q: I joined the CAT/CBT/CBT2.0. Will I be able to retrieve my test account data after the official launch?

A: If it's regarding game progress, we will reset all data accumulated during CAT/CBT/CBT2.0, so you will need to start a new game.  

However, if you made in-game purchases during the testing phase and opted for the recharge bonus, you can log into the game using the same account you used during CBT2.0, which will allow you to claim your recharge bonus from the testing period once the game has officially launched.

Q: What’s the difference between the Philippines Live Test server and the global server?

A: The Philippines Live Test is a technical test that aims to ensure a smooth global launch. The Live Test server and the global launch server are separate currently but data will be integrated at a later stage. Before the server integration in the future, we will keep Live Test server updated without data wipe.

 

Q: If I downloaded the live test version, do I need to re-download the global version?

A: Nope! It’s the same app. When the game officially launches, just log in with a different account and you'll be in the global server.

- If you created your account before June 25 PDT, you’re in the Live Test Server.

- If you create your account on or after June 25 PDT, you’re in the Official Launch Server.

Accounts are bound to the server they were created on — your account stays on that server until data integration happens in the future. So you can also switch between test and global servers by logging in with different accounts.

 

Q: Does my account on the live test server count as my global launch account?

No, it does not. You will need to create a new account after June 25 to be part of the global server and receive any global launch rewards.

 

Q: Will there be regional servers after the official launch?  

A: After the official launch, our servers will be global, meaning you can play with friends from all over the world on the same server.

 

Q: What are the specific recharge bonus rules?

A: For Players who selected the **[Recharge Bonus for CBT 2.0]** during CBT2.0:

All Dreamgems purchased during the Closed Beta Test 2.0 will be fully given back to the Players at Global Launch. To show our appreciation, we will also provide players an extra 50% as bonus.

(For example: If you top up $1, you'll receive 60 Dreamgems back, plus a 50% bonus of 30 Dreamgems, totaling 90 Dreamgems at Global Launch.)

① The maximum bonus Dreamgems a player can receive is 10,000. If your bonus total exceeds this limit, you'll still receive the full amount of Dreamgems purchased during the CBT2.0 and the maximum 10,000 bonus Dreamgems.

② To receive your Dreamgems and bonus, please ensure that you use the same account you used during CBT 2.0 at Global Launch.

 

[Monthly Pass/Dream Pass]

Players who purchased the Monthly Pass or Dream Pass will find that the Monthly Pass or Dream Pass has been automatically activated in their accounts upon logging into the game with the same account after Global Launch. Players will receive an in-game mail notifying them of the successful activation.

① Please ensure that you use the same account you used during CBT 2.0 for the bonuses at Global Launch.

② Every account can only have one Monthly Pass and one Dream Pass refunded.

 

Q: Why have I seen mention of a PC version? Does the game support PC?  

A: The PC version is exclusively supported only in the Hong Kong and Macau regions due to unique publishing circumstances. Players in these two regions can access the PC build on the regional website: https://www.marvelmysticmayhem.com/hkmo/

 

Q: What are the device requirements for the PC version?

A:
- Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit)  

- Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent  

- Memory: 8 GB RAM  

- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 1050Ti  

- DirectX: Version 11 Available  

- Disk Space: 10GB  

 

Q: Are the data between the PC version and the mobile version shared?
A: The cross-save feature is fully supported, enabling players to seamlessly continue their progress between the PC and mobile versions.

 

Q: If I am using the PC version, how should I recharge/make in-game purchases?

A: The recharge interface within the PC game is the official recharge channel, providing players with a reliable and secure experience.
